I made a deposit and it still hasn’t appeared in my account. I expected it to show up faster, kind of like when... well, it just feels like it should’ve been there by now. Hoping this gets sorted soon.

I’ll be honest, I was having a really good time with the games at first. They’re fun, easy to get into, and I was like, okay, this is actually solid. Then I noticed how much the commissions add up and my mood changed real quick. Still enjoyable, but the fees definitely feel a bit high...

When the app is working, it’s really fun. But I started noticing a pattern where it freezes or crashes right in the middle of matches, usually at the worst possible time. I’ve lost a few games because of it, which gets frustrating. I’d enjoy it a lot more if it were more stable

"Fun and reliable overall"
I’ve tried a few cash tournaments on skillz now, and for the most part it’s been a smooth experience. The matchmaking seems fair, and I did get my payouts, even if they weren’t always super quick. I had one game that got a little laggy, but support actually responded, which I appreciated. Overall, it’s fun as long as you don’t overdo it, and I’d definitely play again when I’m in the mood for a quick tournament.

It feels like reporting cheaters doesn’t really do much. You run into the same kind of stuff, and it makes matches feel unfair after a while.

It’s fun enough when everything is working, but some matches get really laggy and the loading can take way too long. It feels like the game isn’t being handled with much care, because these issues keep getting in the way of actually enjoying it

I had to reach out to skillz support over a payment issue, and to be fair, they did get back to me and eventually fixed it. The main downside was the wait time — it was a couple days between replies, which feels long when money is involved. The first response also sounded a little copy-and-paste, but the information was useful enough. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but common sense says payment issues should probably get faster responses.

I tried using the app, but it feels confusing to me. The menus, they make me spend too much time looking around instead of just doing what I need. Not terrible maybe, but easy to use it is not

The app itself was okay, like it did what it was supposed to do, but I kept getting this weird feeling about how much info it wanted from me. Maybe it’s normal, I don’t know, but it just felt like a lot. And then when I tried to figure out what they actually do with the data or how secure everything is, it wasn’t really clear, which didn’t help. I ended up deleting it because I just didn’t feel comfortable using it anymore

My account got suspended and dealing with Skillz was frustrating. I asked what happened, but the replies were generic and didn’t really tell me what to do next. It felt like no one looked into it. I get they have rules, but the whole thing could’ve been handled better
